All certificates will be mailed within thirty (30) days.  Any questions or to check the status of your certificate, please contact Carrie Jones-Bonkiewicz.   Entries without ten stamps/initials and ten receipts will be discarded.  Qualifying receipts will meet minimum purchase requirements and be dated from March 20, 2009 - December 31, 2009.  Gift selections are only available while supplies last.  If your selection is unavailable you will be given a substitute of equal value.
